Job summary

Goodwin seeks a Manager, Client Development – Litigation to lead and execute strategic business development initiatives across the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practices. You will be a senior advisor to practice leaders, shaping go-to-market strategy and managing high-value pursuits.

With 6+ years in BD, practice management, or marketing within a large professional services firm, you will mentor teams, coordinate RFPS, and drive cross-geo campaigns while partnering with Client

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent degree required.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in business development, practice management, or marketing within a AmLaw 100 or comparable professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex RFPs and strategic initiatives.
• Prior experience mentoring team members preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of comprehensive business development plans for litigation practices.
• Advise practice leaders on market positioning, client targeting, and cross-selling.
• Oversee high-value pitch and RFP responses and fee proposals.
• Direct client relationship-building initiatives to expand revenue opportunities.
• Provide structured reporting on pipeline, win/loss, and ROI of events.
• Manage budgets for litigation marketing memberships, sponsorships, and events.
• Coach partners on business development strategies and accountability.
• Partner with Communications to shape PR and thought leadership.
