Job summary

You will work with group leaders to develop and execute strategies and manage marketing initiatives, proposals, pitches, and collateral to raise the practice's profile.

You will supervise client development programs, coordinate with market intelligence, and lead RFPs/pitches, with a focus on cross-selling and alignment with firm-wide priorities.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional marketing or business development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business/finance, or related field.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Consult with practice leaders on development and coordination of marketing and client development plans.
• Attend and contribute to practice group meetings and planning sessions.
• Track and analyze initiatives for ROI and budget impact.
• Identify and recommend BD opportunities using data analytics, market trends, and industry analyses.
• Evaluate cross-marketing efforts and recommend actions to leaders.
• Manage and refine BD infrastructure and collateral for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Market Intelligence to support practice development.
• Lead planning and follow-up of new business opportunities.
