Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks a Maintenance Services Representative Lead to direct global line maintenance operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role oversees a skilled technical workforce, schedules, and resource deployment to meet airline commitments.

The Lead will supervise A&P licensed technicians, mentor staff, and coordinate with customers and PAC divisions to optimize performance and service capture objectives.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead maintenance teams on line operations.
• Strong understanding of IFE/IFEC systems and line maintenance procedures.
• Excellent communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, safety‑critical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team and certify line maintenance, including IFE.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems and replace LRUs as needed.
• Perform cabin sweeps, BITs, and build‑in testing.
• Coordinate with customers and PAC divisions to meet contractual obligations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
