Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation is seeking a Lead for Aircraft Maintenance and IFEC Systems to oversee global line maintenance operations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. You will mentor staff, certify work, and optimize resources while coordinating with customers and PAC divisions.

The role requires 6+ years of maintenance experience including certification privilege, knowledge of aircraft systems, and strong communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a high-stress, high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (MS products).
• Use professional concepts while applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Must have excellent English comprehension. Ability to Read, Write and Speak English easily and accurately.
• Knowledge of different aircraft types with appropriate airframe and engine type ratings.

Responsibilities

• Lead team, perform and certify line maintenance, including IFE, in an efficient and effective manner during transit checks.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems to identify necessary repairs and restore functionality.
• Remove and replace LRUs per documentation.
• Perform Cabin Sweeps and BIT.
• Assist with Software and Media Loading.
• Complete aircraft documentation per regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate between customer and PAC divisions to monitor system performance against contractual level.
• Promote PAC Safety Management System (SMS) culture.
• Maintain high quality standards to ensure QA processes are followed.
