Spirit Leatherworks in Portland, Oregon seeks an experienced International Sales Executive to grow our Nike Licensed Accessories business across global markets. You will manage relationships with distributors, agents, and major retailers, and drive expansion in EMEA, Greater China, and APLA.

Responsibilities include pursuing new opportunities, creating compelling client presentations, and guiding programs with international partners.

Competenze

7+ years of proven sales success in senior/international roles.
Direct experience selling through international distributors, agents, and retailers.
Established global contacts in international distribution and retail.
Experience developing business across EMEA, Greater China, and/or APLA.
Accessories experience is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated with strong follow-through.
Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with ability to manage multiple markets, accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
MS 365 Excel with pivot-table proficiency; PowerPoint and Acrobat skills.

Mansioni

Develop and manage relationships with international distributors, agents, and retail accounts.
Expand product distribution and grow sales across existing and new international markets.
Identify and pursue new global opportunities based on market, retail, and competitive trends.
Create and deliver compelling customer presentations using product samples, catalogs, sales reports, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
Manage an active international sales and prospect pipeline to meet and exceed sales goals.
Monitor retail sell-through, account performance, competitive activity, and market trends to identify opportunities and drive growth.
Work strategically with international partners to develop assortments and programs appropriate to their markets.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and presentation through negotiation, close, and ongoing account management.
Collaborate with internal Product, Planning, Operations, and Marketing teams to support international accounts and sales initiatives.
