ICP is seeking a Global Librarian to join its Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations team in a Mexico City office. You will ensure assets are accurate, searchable, and well-governed, supporting day-to-day asset operations, metadata quality, publishing, user access, and documentation.

The Global Librarian is an essential member of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations team supporting one of our Global Brands. The role is responsible for accurate, complete, searchable, and well-governed digital content across. The Global Librarian will support day-to-day asset operations, metadata quality, publishing, user access, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement.

This is an early-career role for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, curious, and motivated to build expertise in DAM, metadata, content operations, and digital governance.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Protect the quality and reliability of digital assets and metadata through consistent quality assurance, enrichment, and cleanup.
  • Improve content discoverability by applying metadata standards and supporting search optimization.
  • Help users and agency or business-unit administrators complete day-to-day work in The Dot through responsive support and clear guidance.
  • Maintain an organized, accurate, and efficient digital library while following ICP processes.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and use trends to improve user guidance, training, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Operations and Quality
  • Ingest, download, upload, organize, and publish digital assets in accordance with documented client guidelines.
  • Enrich asset metadata and complete data entry or cleanup activities to improve accuracy, consistency, and searchability.
  • Perform quality assurance on assets, files, tags, and metadata before publication or distribution.
  • Audit assets and metadata for completeness, consistency, naming, taxonomy, rights, and other applicable standards.
  • Support asset metadata quality assurance and search optimization.
  • Assist with migration tasks and validate transferred files and metadata where required.
User Support and Platform Administration
  • Respond to end-user questions and support the business-as-usual needs of users and agency or business-unit administrators.
  • Support user provisioning and access requests in line with approved processes.
  • Investigate system or content issues, resolve them when possible, and escalate appropriately when additional support is required.
  • Guide users on DAM best practices, asset usage, metadata quality, and established operational standards.
  • Contribute to user training, knowledge guides, and support materials as needed.
Documentation, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain and improve Wiki or Confluence pages, operating procedures, knowledge-base content, and supporting documentation.
  • Track recurring QA trends at user and program level to help inform users and improve training and documentation.
  • Support reporting on asset QA, user support, platform usage, performance metrics, and agreed KPIs.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements, documentation updates, and DAM best practices.
  • Collaborate with the wider account team, take ownership of assigned work, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly.
What You Will Bring
  • 0-1 years of relevant experience, internship experience, or strong demonstrated interest in digital media, digital asset management, library science, archiving, content operations, ecommerce, or working with large datasets.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) required, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders, end users, and project teams.
  • Experience with metadata, taxonomy, content quality, digital libraries, CMS, PIM, CRM, or DAM platforms is helpful; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to apply standards consistently across repetitive, high-volume work.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach to user support.
  • Good organization, prioritization, follow-through, and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to investigate issues, document findings, and know when to resolve independently or elevate.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, cross-functional client environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain basic data reports in Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager Assets or another enterprise DAM platform.
  • Experience with metadata enrichment, content tagging, asset publishing, quality assurance, data cleanup, or migration activities.
  • Experience maintaining knowledge-base or Confluence documentation.
  • Interest in retail, consumer brands, creative operations, or digital commerce.
  • Professional proficiency in English for collaboration with a global client and team; Spanish proficiency is valuable for the Mexico-based working environment.
