Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced Legal Operations professional to join the Corporate Legal and Compliance Department at its Issy-les-Moulineaux headquarters. You will drive the performance and digital transformation of legal tech, CLM systems and knowledge bases while collaborating with international teams around the world.

You will manage end-to-end projects, ensure data privacy and IT security, and define processes to increase efficiency. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in legal ops or legal project management or similar role.
• Experience with CLMs, DMS, or AI-based legal platforms.
• Experience in international environments and strong confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration and admin of legal tech tools across the group.
• Collaborate with IT, procurement and legal teams to ensure integration and security.
• Design change management and training to drive adoption across the legal community.
