Qualifications

• 4–7 years of progressive experience in legal operations, legal technology enablement, or legal project management within a fast-paced global company.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation programs, automating legacy processes, and driving technology adoption.
• Strong track record of working with finance, IT/security, and in-house attorneys.
• Hands‑on expertise administering modern legal tech (CLM, e‑billing, AI‑assisted review) and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, paralegal) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Outside Counsel & Vendor management: monitor billing, enforce guidelines, process invoices, and track spend vs. budget.
• Legal Tech Stack Administration: act as primary admin, evaluate platforms, and improve contract lifecycle management, billing and knowledge management.
• Litigation Tracking: monitor pending cases, track outside counsel budgets, and liaise with Finance and Advance.
• Workflow Optimization: drive process improvements, design automated NDA request/fulfillment workflows.
• Business Intelligence & Analytics: design dashboards with real-time insights on speed, turnaround and compliance.
• Compliance Support: assist policy management and initiative tracking.
