Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to drive operational excellence across the global Business and Legal Affairs team, leading legal tech integration, workflow automation, and data-driven decisions. You will partner with Finance, IT, and in-house attorneys to champion modern legal tech paradigms and ensure agile, high-performing delivery worldwide.

This role oversees spend and vendor relationships as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in legal operations, legal technology enablement, or legal project management.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, paralegal) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead legal technology integration and automation programs.
• Monitor budgeting and manage vendor invoices and outside counsel spend.
• Administer the legal tech stack and evaluate new platforms.
• Track litigation and support cross-functional reporting with Finance and IT.
• Develop executive dashboards delivering real-time operational metrics.
