Job summary

Condé Nast in New York City is seeking a Manager, Legal Operations to lead the global Business and Legal Affairs tech and process architecture. The role drives legal tech integration, workflow automation, and data-driven decisions to raise efficiency and streamline processes across teams.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and legal operations leadership at Advance Publications to deploy modern legal tech, govern budgets, and deliver high-velocity operations worldwide.

Qualifications

4–7 years of progressive experience in legal operations or legal technology enablement.
Proven track record delivering cross-functional transformation and automation.
Experience partnering with Finance, IT, and in-house attorneys.
Bachelor’s degree required; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee Outside Counsel guidelines, billing, and spend tracking to support department finances.
Administer the legal tech stack and evaluate new platforms to boost efficiency.
Track litigation and manage budgets with Finance and leadership.
Drive workflow automation for NDA requests, triage, and assignments.
Design dashboards and analytics for real-time operational insights.
Support compliance initiatives and policy tracking across global teams.
