Qualifications

• Experience in in-house legal ops or tech company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global legal operations, coordinating with corporate and brand teams.
• Drive AI adoption, implement legal tech tools and playbooks.
• Oversee budgets, vendor management, and billing guidelines.
• Manage contract lifecycle and engagement letters; support eDiscovery.
• Develop metrics, benchmarks and regular performance reports.
