Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Lease Audit Sr. Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team within Global Portfolio Lease Administration, supporting ~400 corporate client accounts and ensuring revenue integrity across global real estate portfolios.

You will own the Lease Audit Playbook, drive process improvements, manage billing and invoices, and collaborate with regional teams (Americas, EMEA, APAC) to optimize performance while maintaining audit quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Experience in lease audit, financial analysis, or real estate accounting.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Expertise in client relationship management and strategic account oversight.
• Experience managing billing, accounts receivable, and revenue tracking.
• Process improvement and SOP development (Playbook ownership).
• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project tracking tools.
• Experience in cross-regional collaboration and global portfolio management.
• Strong audit execution, review, and quality assurance skills.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external partners.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a high-performing Lease Audit Team across audits and operations.
• Oversee end-to-end audit billing processes, including client invoices and collections.
• Own and continuously enhance the Lease Audit Playbook and SOPs.
• Oversee project tracking, active audit pipelines, and financial metrics.
• Direct and drive multiple client engagements with high-quality delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and escalation support on complex audits.
• Deliver timely client-facing Lease Audit status reports and leadership insights.
• Manage relationships with third-party auditors and vendors.
• Maintain client satisfaction and identify risks with root-ccause analysis.
• Represent the Lease Audit function in client pitches and expansion discussions.
• Monitor annual budget, revenue targets, and cost controls for the function.
