Job summary

Protingent is seeking a Sr. Manager Global Lease Admin and Portfolio Management to lead the end-to-end lease function. You will own data integrity, financial controls, and cross-functional collaboration across Geo Directors, Accounting, Legal, Tax, and AP.

You will drive portfolio insight, manage outsourced providers, and influence ERP transformations while maintaining operational excellence for a global real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• 8–12 years in corporate real estate or portfolio operations.
• Experience with ASC 842 and financial controls.
• Leadership of teams or service providers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration and health of global lease portfolio.
• Oversee accuracy and timeliness of lease data in system of record.
• Lead month-end rent roll and reconciliations with Finance.
• Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Tax, and AP across regions.
• Develop playbooks and drive process automation improvements.
