Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–10+ years of experience in learning, commercialization, or capability development.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing a team.
• Proven experience operating a portfolio-level prioritization and governance process (demand intake, tiering, resource allocation).
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working and pooled/flexible resourcing models within a learning function.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Portfolio Governance & Learning Partner; design operating model.
• Oversee portfolio intake, prioritization, and resource allocations across coe teams.
• Line manage Senior Manager, Agile Strategic Learning Partner team; coaching and development.
• Ensure assignments are phase-specific and aligned to priorities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and LEAP for capacity planning and governance.
