Job summary

Roche is seeking a Head of Digital Strategy, Excellence & Standards to shape the multi-year GDDA agenda across pharma commercial. You will define global standards, lead operating-model design, and drive change enablement with cross-functional leadership.

The role acts as Chief of Staff to the GDDA Leader and aligns initiatives with enterprise priorities. You will manage a team, influence C-suite stakeholders, and ensure scalable, high-impact digital and data capabilities across markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategy, management consulting, or digital leadership within pharma or large tech.
• Proven track record translating enterprise priorities into actionable programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise GDDA strategy and multi-year capability vision.
• Design global standards for digital products, data, and technology across markets.
• Lead design of the GDDA operating model and governance forums.
• Oversee change enablement, stakeholder readiness, and program execution.
• Act as Chief of Staff to GDDA Leader, developing executive narratives.
