Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, seeks a strategic L&S leader to drive learning strategy for CMG in the U.S. This role reports to the Head of U.S. Enterprise Strategy & Activation and is part of the Leadership team.

You will govern the operating model, align learning with business strategy, and lead a high-impact team focused on readiness, capability, and performance across CMG.

Qualifications

• Ability to define and champion a strategic vision for training excellence that aligns with Genentech's current and future product portfolio.
• Exceptional influencing skills with a proven track record of addressing strategic opportunities and solving problems.
• 5+ years in corporate learning or similar role with experience in learning and development at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Govern the operating model for L&S and define CMG learning strategy.
• Lead the organization to readiness, agility, and skill mastery across CMG.
• Oversee design and execution of end-to-end launch readiness and field training strategies.
• Collaborate with CMG leaders to align learning with business goals and measure outcomes.
• Translate workforce analytics into commercial strategy and optimize resource allocation.
