Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Agile Strategic Learning Lead to oversee a pooled Senior Manager team and shape how learning solutions are delivered across the WWCL Centre of Excellence. You will design the operating model, drive capacity planning, and partner with HR, IT, LEAP, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure scalable, high-quality learning programs.

This leadership role requires strong people management, prioritization, and the ability to align curriculum strategy

Qualifications

• This role requires leadership of a Senior Manager team and people management.
• Experience with agile strategic learning and operating models is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with HR, IT, and enterprise LEAP performance.

Responsibilities

• Agile Portfolio Governance & Learning Partner Lead & Operating Model Design
• Maintain and present the CoE Book of Work, providing a single, transparent, shared portfolio view across all Associate Directors
• Lead the ongoing evolution of these mechanics as the CoE's portfolio, technology landscape, and business priorities change
• Line Management & Flexible Resourcing
• Match Senior Managers to projects based on skill fit, capacity, and project phase, in partnership with the Central PM role
• Operating Model Guardrails & Quality Standards
• LEAP Partnership & Enterprise Performance Management
• Continuous Improvement & Reporting
