Job summary

CLD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex client engagements from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. You will oversee all lifecycle phases, align with cross-functional teams, and maintain strong client partnerships to drive high-quality learning solutions.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, clear communication, and rigorous attention to detail to support long-term client success and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with timeline management software.
• Strong writing skills with grammatical accuracy and clear communication.
• Fastidious attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and related processes.
• Experience with Veeva or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of Learning and Development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Lead high-value, large-scale projects with multiple workstreams and tight timelines.
• Develop and execute project strategies to maximize efficiency and client value.
• Serve as the primary project lead and build trusted client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with clients, including difficult conversations and complex messages.
• Demonstrate CLD's project management methodology in client meetings.
• Manage project financials, scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate across cross-functional departments and guide writers throughout development.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Apply business insight to solve client challenges and improve processes.
