Job summary
Deloitte Global is seeking a seasoned Platform Product Manager to lead the development and governance of our learning ecosystem. You will collaborate with leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to shape roadmaps, enable platform transitions, and optimize learner experiences on a global scale.
You will leverage analytics, learning tech standards, and Agile practices to inform decisions and drive business value, while partnering with Cornerstone, EdCast, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, and
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing enterprise learning platforms or LMS/LXP products.
- Hands-on experience with Cornerstone platforms and admin capabilities.
- Knowledge of learning content libraries and authoring tools (LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Articulate).
- Solid understanding of learning tech standards (SCORM, xAPI, LTI, APIs) and analytics.
- Experience with Agile processes and backlog coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and govern product strategy, roadmaps, and governance with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with learning vendors to assess roadmaps and capabilities.
- Support platform transition, stabilization, and ongoing optimization.
- Advise stakeholders on capabilities, risks, and decisions requiring alignment.
- Use AI-enabled insights and analytics to inform prioritization and business value.
