Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a Manager, Learning & Professional Development to lead strategy and programs across the firm's global offices. You will partner with leaders, design curricula, facilitate sessions, and oversee learning initiatives for professional staff and lawyers.

The role emphasizes instructional design, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable solutions using LMS and LinkedIn Learning, with a focus on leadership readiness, career development, and inclusive learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and curriculum development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build credibility with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive professional skills, leadership development, and career development strategy.
• Design and manage learning curricula and pathways using internal and external resources.
• Facilitate learning experiences in person, virtually, and in hybrid formats.
• Lead onboarding, manager development, and leadership programs across U.S. offices and global audiences.
• Coach internal instructors and firm leaders serving as program faculty.
