You will design, develop, and deliver professional skills, leadership, and career development programs for staff and lawyers, partnering with Practice Groups and GO Team departments to translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.

You will lead in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning, oversee onboarding, manager and leadership development, and Emerging Leaders initiatives, and ensure

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in learning and development, talent development, career development, organizational development, attorney development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, and evaluating professional skills, leadership development, career development, and/or talent development programs.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive professional skills, leadership development, and career development strategy for staff and lawyers.
• Advise Practice Groups and GO Team departments to identify development needs and recommend solutions.
• Build relationships with firm leaders and stakeholders to address evolving organizational needs.
• Lead onboarding, manager development, leadership programs, and Emerging Leaders initiatives.
• Ensure learning programs are delivered consistently across U.S. offices and globally.
