Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field).
• Typically requires 12–14 years of progressive experience in professional education, commercial enablement, learning strategy, or related fields within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Proven experience leading global or enterprise-level education capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience, including leading leaders and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define global education capabilities strategy aligned with commercial priorities and growth objectives.
• Build scalable global education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models.
• Partner with Global and Regional Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Education leaders to translate business needs into education solutions.
• Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for content development, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across geographies.
• Drive innovation in education methodologies, including digital, hybrid, and experiential learning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality requirements for all activities.
