Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Vice President, Global Education Capabilities to shape and advance DePuy Synthes’ education capabilities across regions. The role defines the global education roadmap, modernizes learning ecosystems, and ensures scalable, compliant solutions that drive customer excellence.

The leader will build scalable platforms, partner with regional leaders, and set governance standards while driving innovation in education methodologies and measuring impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–14 years of progressive experience in professional education or related fields within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Proven experience leading global or enterprise-level education capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated people-leadership experience including leading leaders and global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at senior leadership levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and redefine the global professional education capabilities strategy aligned with commercial priorities and growth objectives.
• Build and oversee scalable global education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models.
• Partner with Global and Regional Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Education leaders to translate business needs into solutions.
• Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for content development, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across geographies.
