12–14 years in professional education, commercial enablement, or learning strategy within healthcare or medical devices.
Experience leading global education capabilities and large teams.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Marketing, and regional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define global education capabilities strategy aligned with commercial priorities.
Build scalable education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models.
Partner with Global and Regional leaders to translate business needs into education solutions.
Establish standards and governance for content development, delivery, and measurement.
Lead a high-performing global team across geographies.
Drive innovation in education methodologies, including digital and hybrid learning.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality requirements.
Define and monitor KPIs to assess education effectiveness and business impact.
