Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Education Capabilities Vice President to shape DePuy Synthes’ education strategy and capabilities worldwide. You will lead the development of scalable platforms and innovative learning solutions for surgical professionals, while aligning with commercial priorities and regulatory standards.

You will manage a global team across regions, partner with Marketing, Medical Education, and regional leaders, and drive measurable business impact through learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12–14 years in professional education or learning strategy within healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience leading global education capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Proven people leadership for global teams and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define the global education capabilities strategy aligned with commercial priorities.
• Build scalable education platforms, learning tech, and operating models for surgeons and professionals.
• Partner with regional leaders to translate business needs into effective education solutions.
• Establish standards, governance, and measurement for content development and delivery.
• Lead a global team with focus on talent growth, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Drive innovation in education methodologies, including digital and hybrid approaches.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance requirements for professional education activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs for education effectiveness and business impact.
