Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12–14 years in professional education, commercial enablement, or related fields in healthcare.
• Experience leading global or enterprise-level education capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Proven people leadership experience, including leading leaders and global teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Define and redefine the global professional education capabilities strategy aligned with commercial priorities and growth.
• Build and oversee scalable global education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models.
• Partner with Global and Regional Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Education leaders to translate business needs into education solutions.
• Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for content development, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team across geographies.
• Drive innovation in education methodologies, including digital, hybrid, and experiential learning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and quality requirements for education activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs to assess education effectiveness and business impact.
