Johnson & Johnson, a leader in MedTech, seeks a VP of Global Education Capabilities to shape education strategy and scalable platforms across DePuy Synthes. Location flexibility includes West Chester, PA or other sites in MA, FL, IN, with travel up to 25%.

The role partners with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Education leaders to drive education solutions that support growth, regulatory compliance, and learner impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field (Education, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related).
• Typically 12–14 years of progressive experience in professional education, commercial enablement, learning strategy, or related fields within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
• Proven experience leading global or enterprise‑level education capabilities and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership experience, including leading leaders and global teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and redefine the global professional education capabilities strategy aligned with DePuy Synthes’ priorities.
• Build and oversee scalable global education platforms, learning technologies, and operating models.
• Partner with Global and Regional Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Education leaders to translate business needs into education solutions.
• Establish global standards, governance, and best practices for education content development, delivery, and measurement.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing global team across geographies.
