Job summary

International SOS seeks a Learning and Development Specialist to assess, develop, and support educational needs for internal and external stakeholders of the TRICARE Overseas Program. The role involves creating and delivering effective training programs across classroom, virtual, and e-learning modalities in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven facilitation in diverse settings (1:1, groups, leaders).
• Experience designing training and education events.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Familiar with traditional and modern training methods and tools.
• Good written and verbal communication, problem solving and planning.

Responsibilities

• Induct new hires through classroom, virtual, and e-learning sessions.
• Deliver training programs for internal and external stakeholders of TRICARE.
• Design and develop training materials, job aids, and manuals reflecting brand.
• Evaluate training needs via managers, performance appraisals, and employee feedback.
• Maintain Learning Management System data accuracy and up-to-date training content.
• Participate in trainer calibration processes and share best practices.
