Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end curriculum strategy, including analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM, and performance-based design to create measurable experiences.
• Design for international audiences with localization, language, and regional needs.
• Manage internal and vendor instructional designers, establishing standards and governance.
• Partner with operations and SMEs to create role-specific programs for frontline teams.
• Create blended learning solutions across ILT, VILT, eLearning, simulations, and performance support.
