Job summary

You will lead end-to-end projects across in-person, virtual, online, and AI-enabled formats, translating capability needs into measurable objectives and assessments. The role combines instructional design craft, facilitation, and project management, requiring collaboration with SMEs, leaders, and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a learning and development role, including instructional design and delivery.
• Experience designing across in-person, virtual, and online modalities.
• Experience as an instructor or facilitator for both in-person and virtual sessions.
• Experience developing online learning programs using authoring tools and learning technologies.
• Experience using AI to enable and enhance learning experiences.
• Proven project management skills with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and with large, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning solutions across modalities—in-person, virtual, online, and AI-enabled.
• Analyze business requirements and translate capabilities into objectives, content, and assessments.
• Develop online learning programs using authoring tools and learning technologies.
• Apply AI tools to design, build, and personalize learning experiences.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual instructor-led sessions for diverse audiences.
• Prepare and certify other instructors and provide train-the-trainer support.
• Coordinate translation/localization for English and Spanish populations.
