Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years in commercial, manufacturing, procurement, or EHS related roles.
• Experience designing and deploying learning academies across regions or business units.
• Ability to translate functional expertise into scalable capability structures.

Responsibilities

• Own Novelis Functional Academies across core P&L functions.
• Lead end-to-end academy design including architecture, paths, and curriculum logic.
• Partner with regional teams to implement academies consistently across regions.
