Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6 to 8+ years in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience managing learning programs, academies, or cohort-based initiatives.
• Strong project and program management, planning and stakeholder follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day academy operations, Leap-focused initially.
• Maintain program plans, calendars, trackers, dashboards and logs.
• Coordinate with partners, SMEs, facilitators, vendors, and regional teams.
• Track participation, completion, feedback, engagement and outcomes.
• Use data and feedback to improve operations and learner experience.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate when decisions are needed.
