Job summary

Novelis, a leader in aluminum recycling and sustainable solutions, is seeking a Global Learning Lead – Functional Academies. Based in Atlanta, you will design and implement end-to-end academy architectures, role-based learning paths, and governance aligned to core P&L and regional deployment.

You will partner with regional teams and senior functional SMEs to translate business challenges into scalable learning content, manage external vendors, and continuously improve learning systems to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years in Commercial/Customer, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain roles.
• Experience across regions or business units.
• Ability to translate deep functional expertise into scalable capability structures.
• Pragmatic, application-focused orientation.
• Experience with standardization, best-practice deployment, or functional operating models.

Responsibilities

• Own Novelis Functional Academies across core P&L functions.
• Lead end-to-end academy design: architecture, role-based paths, curriculum logic, progression.
• Partner with regional teams to deploy academies consistently across regions.
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships with external schools and business schools.
• Translate global academy intent into executable regional deployment models.
• Provide clear design standards and enablement so regions focus on execution, not redesign.
