Job summary

ODL International is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leader to drive a global continuous improvement strategy across manufacturing sites. You will standardize processes and governance, embed the Business Operating System, and coach leaders to deliver measurable quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

You will coordinate with site leaders and finance to validate financial impact while enabling scalable growth through cross-functional Lean transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools (value stream mapping, standard work, 8D, Kaizen).
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Multi-site/global manufacturing experience.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean transformation initiatives.
• Standardize processes, documentation, and governance across sites (BOS).
• Drive value stream mapping to reduce waste and lead time.
• Establish and manage CI governance, including project prioritization and financial validation.
• Coach leaders and develop CI champions, embedding CI into daily management.
• Partner with site leaders to improve key metrics (quality, delivery, cost, OTIF).
• Influence cross-functionally to sustain improvements beyond short-term wins.
• Coordinate with Finance on validation of financial impact.
