ODL International is seeking a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt leader to drive a global continuous improvement strategy across manufacturing sites. You will standardize processes and governance, embed the Business Operating System, and coach leaders to deliver measurable quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

You will coordinate with site leaders and finance to validate financial impact while enabling scalable growth through cross-functional Lean transformations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain or related field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/operations experience.
• 5+ years leading continuous improvement or transformation initiatives.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools (value stream mapping, standard work, 8D, Kaizen).
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems.
• Multi-site/global manufacturing experience.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.

Overview

In this role you will lead a global continuous improvement strategy for ODL's manufacturing sites, acting as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to build capability and deploy structured problem solving. You will standardize processes, governance, and daily management across sites, driving behavior change and measurable improvements in quality, delivery, and cost. You'll enable scalable growth by embedding the Business Operating System and facilitating cross-functional Lean transformations. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role focused on sustainable results and multi-site impact.
