Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in education, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development in large organizations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs and evaluates leadership development and learning programmes for Resident Coordinators and RC/HC Talent Pipeline.
• Delivers face-to-face, virtual, blended and tech-enabled learning, tailoring methods to audiences.
