Qualifications

• 8 years of leadership development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Leadership Development, Education, or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise leadership programs and measuring impact.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise-wide leadership development programs.
• Develop curriculum roadmaps across instructor-led, virtual, cohort-based, digital, and experiential learning.
• Partner with vendors, facilitators, coaches, and internal experts to deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Measure impact with evaluation strategies and ROI.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to reflect workforce needs.
• Manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
