Job summary

Vista, a global business aviation leader, seeks a Leadership Development Business Partner to diagnose leadership gaps and shape targeted responses across the org. You will build a robust leadership framework, partner with HRBPs and senior stakeholders, and design scalable solutions from coaching to job aids.

You will also embed AI capability within leadership teams and drive data-driven insights to improve succession and development initiatives across cultures and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in building and leading leadership development programs.
• Ability to diagnose capability gaps and design practical interventions.
• Hands-on experience creating digital learning content (job aids, e-learning).
• Comfort interpreting data to inform leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and rollout a global leadership framework for Vista.
• Partner with HRBPs and ExCo to diagnose gaps and shape responses.
• Design, deliver and scale practical leadership solutions and tools.
• Drive AI capability within Vista's leadership population and change programs.
• Own flagship leadership development programmes and vendor relationships.
