Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Leadership Development Specialist to manage end-to-end frontline leadership programs across regions, delivering engaging virtual and in-person sessions and partnering with internal teams and vendors to ensure scalable, high-impact experiences.

The role emphasizes governance, data-driven improvement, and the ability to navigate a matrixed, global organization while maintaining learner-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in leadership/organizational development or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of frontline leadership development programs with plans, timelines, communications, learner experience and logistics.
• Coordinate regional train-the-trainer sessions maintaining standards and local adaptability.
• Create governance, operating rhythms, stakeholder updates and escalation paths.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to meet scope, quality, timing and learner experience expectations.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person workshops, discussions, debriefs, assessments and practice activities for leaders at multiple levels.
• Foster inclusive learning environments and translate insights into practical program recommendations.
• Adjust facilitation approaches based on audience, culture and delivery format.
• Support facilitator readiness through training, guides, observation and feedback.
• Build relationships with leaders, HR partners, sponsors, regional stakeholders and vendors.
• Gather regional needs and translate into actionable program improvements.
• Balance enterprise consistency with regional relevance for global implementation.
• Communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders and resolve issues collaboratively.
• Track participation, completion, feedback and outcomes to demonstrate impact.
• Use data to improve content, delivery and learner experience.
• Stay current on leadership development practices and AI-enabled tools.
