Qualifications

• Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups and advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for Day 1 Leader and Day 1 Culture programs globally.
• Define vision, metrics, and multi-year roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Drive improvements using data, feedback, and best practices.
• Scale programs to support AWS's rapid growth while preserving impact.
