Cummins Inc. is seeking a Leadership Development Programs Leader to design and evolve leadership development experiences for frontline and specialist leaders across pathways. The role partners with HR and business leaders to deliver scalable, globally relevant solutions that accelerate readiness and impact.

Based in Indianapolis or Columbus, Indiana, this onsite-with-flexibility role emphasizes face-to-face engagement with senior leaders. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development and talent development within a global setting.
• Proven ability to partner with HR and business leaders to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Experience measuring program impact using data and insights.
• Experience translating frameworks into scalable development pathways.

Responsibilities

• Design and continually improve leadership development experiences for multiple leadership levels.
• Create development journeys addressing coaching, performance, change leadership, and inclusion.
• Build capabilities for leaders who influence across functions and domains.
• Develop transition experiences for increased leadership scope and impact.
• Integrate coaching, mentoring, feedback, and learning into scalable programs.
• Partner with HR, leaders, facilitators, and vendors to meet capability needs.
• Use data and outcomes to assess effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Leverage innovative learning approaches and responsible AI for global audiences.
