Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA/EdD/PhD).
• Proven success designing and leading enterprise leadership development architectures.
• Experience advising senior executives and HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Cummins’ enterprise leadership development strategy and architecture.
• Build leadership capability across all employee and leader populations with connected pathways and tools.
• Lead identification, prioritization, development, and measurement of critical leadership capabilities.
• Direct the executive development portfolio, integrating coaching, assessments, sponsorship, mentoring, and experiential learning.
• Establish enterprise standards, governance, and quality expectations for leadership development globally.
• Partner with HR and business functions to integrate leadership development with talent management and workforce planning.
