Cummins Inc. seeks an Executive Development & Leadership Acceleration Portfolio Lead to shape enterprise executive and leadership programs across People Leadership and Expert Leadership paths.

Based in Indianapolis or Columbus, IN, this onsite-with-flexibility role supports face-to-face engagement with senior leaders and relocation assistance is available. You will translate business strategy and succession priorities into transformative development experiences that strengthen leadership

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading executive development programs.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
• Experience designing scalable leadership development portfolios.
• Knowledge of coaching, assessments, sponsorship, and mentoring integration.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise strategy for executive and senior leader development programs.
• Design differentiated development pathways across People and Expert Leadership tracks.
• Build an ecosystem aligning development, succession readiness, and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to translate capability requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead integration of coaching, assessments, sponsorship, and critical assignments into programs.
• Establish external partnerships with coaches, universities, and thought leaders.
• Use data and portfolio metrics to improve program effectiveness and ROI.
• Advance AI-enabled development solutions to personalize learning.
