Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience leading executive development, leadership development, or enterprise talent development initiatives.
• Experience advising executive leaders, HR stakeholders, and senior teams on leadership capability development and succession.
• Proven ability to integrate coaching, assessments, sponsorship, mentoring, and experiential learning into development journeys.
• Experience leveraging analytics and evidence-based measures to evaluate leadership development effectiveness and portfolio value.
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Shape the enterprise strategy for executive and leadership development programs to strengthen capability and readiness.
• Design and evolve differentiated development pathways across People Leadership and Expert Leadership tracks.
• Build a connected leadership ecosystem aligning development, succession, and enterprise priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate future capability requirements into scalable development solutions.
• Lead the integration of coaching, assessments, mentoring, sponsorship, action learning, and enterprise exposure into leadership journeys.
• Establish external partnerships with coaches, universities, and thought leaders to deliver high-quality experiences.
• Use data and portfolio metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness and investment value.
• Advance AI-enabled development solutions to enhance personalization and impact.
