Job summary

You will partner with HR, business leaders, and vendors to shape programs that improve leader effectiveness and organizational impact.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in leadership development, talent development, organizational development, learning, or workforce development within a complex global organization.
• Versatile experience designing and implementing leadership development programs for people leaders, specialists, or emerging leaders.
• Experience translating leadership frameworks into scalable development pathways and learning experiences.
• Proven ability to partner across businesses, functions, HR, and stakeholders to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Experience using data and feedback to measure effectiveness and inform portfolio decisions.
• College/university degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve leadership development experiences for multiple leader levels and pathways.
• Create development journeys that strengthen leadership, coaching, and performance through others.
• Build leadership capabilities for experts, influencers, and cross-functional leaders.
• Develop transition experiences for increased leadership scope and impact.
• Integrate coaching, mentoring, feedback, assessments, and learning into scalable solutions.
• Partner with HRBPs, leaders, coaches, and vendors to identify needs and activate programs.
• Use data and feedback to assess effectiveness and improve experiences.
• Leverage AI-enabled learning to increase accessibility and engagement across global audiences.
