Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/thermal/chemical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in design, simulation, testing of thermal solutions for electronics.
• Experience with advanced air-cooling technologies and with liquid/immersion cooling.
• Proven people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of thermal component engineers and mentor staff.
• Define and execute a system-wide thermal technology roadmap with suppliers and internal partners.
• Drive readiness of cooling ecosystems including liquid and immersion cooling technologies.
• Investigate innovative, large-scale thermal cooling solutions and develop supplier strategies.
• Establish and maintain an end-to-end quality strategy for thermal components.
• Analyze thermal performance tradeoffs using test data and simulations.
• Define test plans and qualification requirements for mechanical and manufacturing adaptability.
