Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organization focused on mechanical and thermal systems.
• Drive design and optimization of package, board, and system technologies.
• Mentor engineers and ensure alignment with schedules and quality targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Silicon Design, Electrical Design, Manufacturing and QA.
• Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for mechanical and thermal domains.
