Mondelez International seeks a Sr. Manager, Employee Listening to own the vision, strategy, and execution of its global employee listening program.

You will design a modern listening architecture and connect data to dashboards, models, and leadership decisions. You will lead end-to-end engagement surveys, build scalable processes, and partner with People and Talent leaders to drive participation, transparency, and trust in the listening process.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in employee listening, engagement, people analytics, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of building or transforming an employee listening program.
• Deep expertise in survey methodology and multilingual deployment.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to translate data into action.

Responsibilities

• Define global employee listening strategy, roadmap, governance, and measurement framework.
• Design multi-channel listening architecture (surveys, pulse checks, ad-hoc listening).
• Lead end-to-end execution of global engagement surveys across markets and functions.
• Build scalable processes and playbooks to ensure repeatable, on-time delivery.
• Translate listening data into insights that connect to workforce outcomes and leadership actions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries for leaders.
• Apply advanced analytics (driver analysis, text analytics, segmentation, models) to surface root causes.
• Partner with leaders to design post-survey action-planning processes.
