Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Sr. Director, Global Strategic Insights to lead proactive, board-ready intelligence that informs enterprise decisions.

You will oversee state-of-the-consumer and marketplace analysis, trends, and benchmarking, supporting executive briefings and earnings communications with data-driven narratives. You will partner with senior leadership across Strategy, Sustainability, and BU teams to ensure insights shape long-term strategy and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 12+ years in strategic insights, competitive intelligence, consumer foresight, or strategy/consulting in CPG/Food & Beverage.
• Strong ability to synthesize multi-source data into board-ready narratives and recommendations.
• Experience presenting to C-suite and Board-level audiences; proven leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead proactive, board-ready strategic intelligence and foresights for enterprise decisions.
• Prepare Board of Directors and Earnings communications with compelling storytelling and data-driven narratives.
• Provide cross-category intelligence to guide portfolio and growth initiatives; partner with Strategy, Sustainability, and BU teams.
• Lead AI-enabled intelligence efforts and foster adoption of advanced tools across the function.
• Oversee monthly executive narratives and support Earnings calls with strategic insights.
