Mondelez International is seeking a strategic HR leader in New Jersey to partner with business leaders, shape talent and compensation strategies, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives. The role emphasizes data-driven workforce planning, cross-geography collaboration, and scaling HR operations to support a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Seasoned HR professional with a track record in FMCG/CPG environments.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on priorities and talent strategies.
• Strong ability to design HR operating plans and capability roadmaps.
• Proven skill in building partnerships, coaching senior leaders and driving change.

Responsabilités

• Partner on organization design evolution and capability development aligned with strategic plans.
• Lead employee relations, legal and tax considerations across geographies.
• Use data analytics and workforce planning to anticipate issues and drive business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent and onboard effectively.
• Review compensation programs and support decisions outside of guidelines.
• Enable enterprise-wide initiatives (leadership framework, digital workplace, AI adoption).
• Design and enable organization structures and ways of working per POET principles.
